It's back and it's bigger than ever before! Gal Pals presents... Queer PRIDE Vol II 🌈
This year Gal Pals is taking over the entire club for Pride, bringing you two rooms of music, an extended 4am licence and some very special guest DJs! With an all womxn and non-binary line up, including DJs from Pxssy Palace and Bbz London, this will be our BIGGEST PARTY YET and the one and only official queer gal party in town 💖
Gal Pals is a queer dance party for womxn, non-binary people and their pals, playing the best in female fronted pop, rock, hip-hop, R&B and bangers! People of all genders welcome 🌈
Every year, Brighton Pride rolls around and queer womxn and non-binary people find that there just aren’t that many spaces for them. Gal Pals is a here to change this. We're creating a party for those who don't feel that Pride caters to them, who want to be in a queer space where you can let loose and have fun, and who want to celebrate in the company of their fellow queers.
LINE-UP:
Gal Pals: Your favourite Gal Pals DJs (Jumeau and Hard Femme) playing non-stop back-to-back bangers - all gals, all night.
BBZ: BBZ (Bold Brazen Zamis or Babes) is a tun up function centering femme identity and eradicating misogyny for queer womxn, trans folk and non-binary people of colour. Party the night away to music of black origin from Ballroom, Afro beats and Funk to SA house, Grime and Soul.
Pxssy Palace: Pxssy Palace are a collective who work towards eradicating sexual violence and misogyny from club culture and wider society – whilst centring and celebrating womxn and femmes of colour. Expect a mix of queer hip hop, ballroom, house and pop!
FLUFFIE: FLUFFIE is a queer techno and happy hardcore DJ living in Glasgow. Recent performance venues include The Art School, The Flying Duck and Corsica Studios. FLUFFIE’s recent releases include her EP “cute girls” on Shell Corp Records.

- For those purchasing advance tickets on DICE, please arrive before 12.30am for guaranteed entry. Late arrivals may be permitted depending on if the venue is at capacity.
- Whilst Gal Pals is open to all, this is an intentional space prioritising womxn, non-binary people and those of marginalised gender expressions. We welcome friends and allies of those groups, but we ask that you respect this and read our policy before coming.
- All of our toilets will be gender neutral on the night
- Accessibility - Komedia is wheelchair accessible, with fully accessible toilets.
At all Gal Pals events we have an in-house photographer. They will always try to ask before taking your photo, however sometimes it is unavoidable that people may end up in the background or in a crowd shot. If you do not wish for your picture to be taken or used for future events please make our photographer aware of this on the night.
